Everywhere! I offer free delivery in the U.K for all orders over £70, and a flat rate of £4.99 if you spend under £70. All delivery in the U.K is 'Signed For' so you can be sure it arrives safely in your hands. If you are wanting to purchase express postage, you can do so at checkout; it costs £12.99 for orders under £70 and £9.99 for orders over £70. Price for International postage has a flat rate of £15.99, again it is 'Signed For' and trackable whilst travelling through the U.K. I typically ship items 2-4 days after you place an order - Unless it is a custom order where we have discussed delivery options. All U.K orders should arrive 1-2 weeks after shipping and international orders vary significantly depending on destination, but usually take 2-3 weeks. Due to current global circumstances, worldwide postage is taking longer than usual, so I really appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. I will endeavour to try my hardest to get it to you as quickly as possible! - make sure you order early to avoid disappointment!

Yes! All our pieces come beautifully gift wrapped and there is the option to add a personal message to your order on the product page before you add it to cart. That way your special someone knows who their gift is from!

Most jewellers will be happy to tell you your ring size if you pop in and ask. Alternatively, if you want to find your ring size from the comfort of your own home, click here and we can figure it out together! ​

Most of the rings can not be modified, so it's best to contact me if you don't see your size on the website and I might be able to make one especially for you.

✓ KEEP IT DRY - Try not to shower or wash your hands with your jewellery on. ✓ AVOID CHEMICALS - Apply makeup, perfume, hairspray or any type of lotion BEFORE putting on your jewellery. ✓ SEAL AND STORE - Store jewellery sealed in an air-tight plastic baggie to prevent tarnishing. ✓ POLISH - Use a silver polishing cloth to keep your jewellery looking shiny.

Please get in touch if there are any queries about your purchase, I lovingly make each piece by hand and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 2 days if you wish to return your item with the reason for returning. Returned pieces should come in their original packaging and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, I am more than happy to do an exchange for another piece for the same price, and once again the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Unfortunately I do not cover customs fees incurred by the country of the delivery address. Our customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes depending on their delivery address.

You can safely + securely pay via debit/credit card and paypal once items have been added to your cart and you checkout.
